Fermentalg's 2026 Annual General Meeting: Resolutions approved
On June 11, 2026, Fermentalg held its Annual General Meeting in Libourne, chaired by Philippe Lavielle. Shareholders represented 53.22% of the voting rights. All resolutions were approved by more than 90%, including those concerning the management of shares for the liquidity contract.
Also ratified was the appointment of Bertrand Devillers, former Chief Financial Officer, as a director, replacing Demeter IM. The Board of Directors retains its composition with 8 members, respecting gender parity and an independence rate aligned with the recommendations of the Middlenext Code.
Fermentalg will announce its financial results for the first half of 2026 on July 16th.
