Fiducial Office Solutions 2025 Annual Results
Fiducial Office Solutions reported disappointing results for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2025. Revenue reached €182.8 million, down from €205.1 million the previous year. Lower sales volumes and prices, particularly for reprographic paper, along with delays related to new warehouse management software, weighed on performance.
In France, in a declining market, the "Office Stationery" segment fell by 8.6%, particularly affecting sales of paper and computer supplies. In Belgium and Luxembourg, revenue also decreased by 9% and 13% respectively. Gross margin declined, and additional costs related to the warehouse project impacted results.
The operating result was -€2.9 million compared to €1.9 million previously. However, the financial structure remains solid with shareholders' equity of €77.3 million. The company forecasts revenue of €190 million for 2025/2026 and improved operating results.
