FIDUCIAL OFFICE SOLUTIONS: Revenue decline in Q3 2026
FIDUCIAL OFFICE SOLUTIONS reported consolidated revenue of €136.1 million as of June 30, 2026, a decrease of 5.0% compared to the previous year. This decline is attributable to lower sales volumes and price reductions on certain product lines. However, the introduction of new warehouse management software has enabled the company to regain expected productivity levels.
In France, the market is marked by almost zero economic growth and inflation of 2.4% in May 2026. A slight decline in sales is observed in business-to-business stationery products, down 5.2%.
Looking ahead, the company forecasts revenue of €171 million for the current fiscal year. Despite this, operating profit is expected to be lower than the previous year due to additional costs. A tender offer is also underway, with a proposed price of €36 per share.
