Fiducial Real Estate's annual results as of September 30, 2025

The Board of Directors of Fiducial Real Estate announced its results for the 2024/2025 financial year. Consolidated revenue reached €87.1 million, a slight increase compared to the previous year. This increase stemmed primarily from sales of existing properties and rental income. Service activities, however, experienced a decline.

Current operating income amounted to €39.5 million, with a slightly improved margin of 45%. Net income before tax was €34.5 million, despite an increased tax expense due to a change in the tax consolidation agreement. This resulted in net income attributable to the Group of €23.4 million.

Fiducial invested €39.9 million in real estate and sold €22 million in assets. Regarding governance, Mr. Guirec Penhoat replaces Mr. Bertrand Cote as Chairman. The company's outlook remains cautious in a tight real estate market.
