Financial Conduct Authority Admits New Securities to Official List

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) announced the admission of several securities to the Official List effective February 25, 2026. These include debt securities and equity shares from various issuers.

NatWest Group Plc has issued 3.756% to Floating Rate Notes due in 2037, denominated in euros. These debt securities are available in denominations starting at EUR100,000.

iFOREX Financial Trading Holdings Ltd introduced ordinary shares with no par value. These shares are fully paid and classified as equity shares under commercial companies.

The Sage Group Plc issued 3.821% notes due in 2033. Similar to NatWest, these are debt securities available in specified denominations.
