Financial Conduct Authority Announces Security Listing Admissions

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has announced the admission of various securities to the Official List effective December 17, 2025. The newly listed securities encompass a diverse range of equity shares, debt, and derivatives.

Among the listed securities, RELX PLC has admitted 60,000 ordinary shares, while Blencowe Resources Plc introduced 42,857,140 ordinary shares. Triple Point Venture VCT Plc joins with 3,515,941 venture shares. Notable debt categories include United Kingdom 4⅛% Treasury Gilt and Invesco's precious-metal-linked certificates.

In the cryptocurrency-linked category, 21Shares AG listed products, including Bitcoin Exchange Traded Products, while digital assets were also introduced by WisdomTree Issuer X Limited. The European Bank for Reconstruction & Development entered with callable notes. Barclays Bank PLC added securitised derivatives worth millions.
