Financial Conduct Authority Delists Co-operative Group Limited
The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has announced the removal of Co-operative Group Limited's securities from the Official List, effective December 23, 2025, at 08:00 GMT. The delisting involves two types of subordinated notes. The first being the Instalment Repayment Subordinated Notes, registered in GBP0.12 denominations, and the second, the 11% Final Repayment Subordinated Notes, registered in GBP1 denominations. Both securities are classified as debt and debt-like securities.
The removal notice was issued by Listings Data Management of the FCA. The securities listed were previously traded on recognized investment exchanges, such as the London Stock Exchange. This regulatory move follows standard procedure where notices must be read alongside those by the exchange admitting securities to trading.
