Admission of New Securities to the Official List

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has announced the admission of various securities to the Official List as of February 5, 2026. The newly listed securities include those from Corporacion Andina de Fomento, European Bank for Reconstruction & Development, Barclays Bank PLC, and Heathrow Funding Limited.

Corporacion Andina de Fomento has introduced its 5.30% notes due in 2031, while the European Bank for Reconstruction & Development presents callable zero coupon notes and 4.88% callable notes due in 2041. Barclays Bank PLC lists securities due in 2030, and Heathrow Funding Limited offers 5.625% bonds maturing in 2034.

These securities are now available for trading on the London Stock Exchange. The FCA serves as a regulatory authority managing the admission procedures. For inquiries, parties may contact the FCA's Issuer Management division.
