Admission of Securities to the Official List by FCA

On July 3, 2026, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) announced the admission of specific securities to the Official List. These include various debt securities and securitised derivatives from several leading financial institutions.

Credit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank has issued preference share linked notes due in 2033 and 2032. Likewise, Citigroup Global Markets Funding Luxembourg S.C.A. introduced multiple notes linked to preference shares, due in 2032. HSBC Bank PLC also joins the list with securitised derivatives tied to UKSED3P Investments Limited, maturing in 2032. Barclays Bank PLC and Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce added their securities, due in 2032 and 2031 respectively.

These securities will trade on the London Stock Exchange and other recognized exchanges. For further inquiries, the FCA has provided contact details.
