Admission of Securities to the Official List by FCA

On August 4, 2026, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) announced the admission of specific securities to the Official List. This includes a Reverse Takeover involving two main issuers: Citigroup Global Markets Funding Luxembourg S.C.A. and Barclays Bank PLC. The securities from Citigroup consist of Memory Coupon Barrier Autocall Notes linked to the FTSE 100 Equally Weighted 45 Point Decrement Index, which are due on August 4, 2036, and are fully paid. Meanwhile, Barclays Bank issued securities set to mature on August 4, 2031, also fully paid.

Both sets of securities are categorized as securitised derivatives. They are admitted for trading on the London Stock Exchange, recognized as a major investment platform. Additionally, arrangements exist for trading on other recognized investment exchanges such as Aquis Stock Exchange, Cboe Europe, and Shanghai-London Stock Connect.
