Admission to the Official List by FCA
On February 13, 2026, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) announced the admission of new securities to the Official List. These include various debt and securitised derivatives from issuers like the Inter-American Development Bank and Barclays Bank PLC.
The Inter-American Development Bank issued Multi Callable Notes, maturing in 2036, with denominations starting at USD10,000. Credit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank has listed Preference Share Linked Notes due in 2032. These are available in denominations starting from GBP1,000.
Barclays Bank introduced securities due in 2030 and 2031. Each of these securities will be represented by bearer notes starting at GBP1,000. They will trade on recognized exchanges, including the London Stock Exchange and potentially others like Aquis and Cboe Europe.
