Blackrock Throgmorton Trust Plc Removed from Official List by FCA
The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has officially removed Blackrock Throgmorton Trust Plc from the Official List. As of September 1, 2026, no trading of their securities will take place on this list. The specific securities affected are the ordinary shares with "A" and "B" rights, each with a value of 5p and fully paid. These are categorized under closed-ended investment funds.
The removal means these securities must now rely on other recognized exchanges for trading. The London Stock Exchange, Aquis Stock Exchange, Cboe Europe, and the Shanghai-London Stock Connect remain options for trading the securities.
Traders and investors should also be aware of SEDOL numbers provided by the London Stock Exchange, serving as identifiers for stock exchange purposes. Notices by the FCA must be considered alongside relevant notices from recognized investment exchanges.
