FCA Admits Multiple Securities to Official List
The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has announced the addition of several securities to the Official List as of March 2, 2026. This notice includes a diverse range of issuers and types of securities, signifying an expansion in market offerings.
Oesterreichische Kontrollbank AG has introduced senior unsecured notes at 2.415% interest, with denominations starting at EUR100,000. B&M European Value Retail S.A. is offering ordinary shares valued at GBP0.10 each. In the debt sector, Corporacion Andina de Fomento presents 3.86% notes, and QNB Finance Ltd introduces notes at 3.860% interest.
Additionally, Sunbelt Rentals Holdings, Inc. lists shares of common stock, while Barclays Bank PLC offers securitised derivatives. The London Stock Exchange will facilitate trading for these securities.
