FCA Admits New Securities to Official List
The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has announced the admission of several securities to the Official List, effective March 31, 2026. Among the listed securities are notes from The Republic of Angola, European Bank for Reconstruction & Development, HSBC Bank PLC, Barclays Bank PLC, and Bank of Montreal.
The Republic of Angola has issued 9.375% Notes due in 2033 and 9.875% Notes due in 2037, both under Regulation S and Rule 144A. European Bank for Reconstruction & Development announced 6.75% and 6.30% Notes, due 2027 and 2028 respectively. HSBC introduced market access warrants linked to Jiangsu Hengli Hydraulic Co Ltd's shares, maturing in 2027.
Barclays Bank PLC included multiple securitised derivatives due between 2030 and 2032, while Bank of Montreal added 4.249% Covered Bonds due in 2031.
