FCA Admits New Securities to Official List
On September 14, 2026, at 08:00 GMT/BST, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) announced the admission of various securities to the Official List. The issuers include Citigroup Global Markets Funding Luxembourg S.C.A., European Bank for Reconstruction & Development, Barclays Bank PLC, and Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce.
The newly listed securities comprise securitised derivatives and debt securities. Notable listings are Citigroup's notes linked to preference shares due in 2031, European Bank's Green Notes due in 2033, and Barclays' equity-linked securities with various maturity dates up to 2036. Canadian Imperial Bank also issued preference share-linked notes due in 2031.
All these securities are admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange, with some also available on other recognized exchanges like the Aquis Stock Exchange and Cboe Europe.
