FCA Admits New Securities to Official List

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has announced the admission of several new securities to the Official List as of January 21, 2026. These securities span various categories, reflecting a diverse range of issuers.

Among the issuers, Credit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank has listed Preference Share Linked Notes, maturing in 2033. Barclays Bank PLC has also introduced securities due in 2029, categorized as securitized derivatives.

Holmes Master Issuer Plc has listed two series of residential mortgage-backed floating rate notes with maturity extending to 2072. Additionally, the Principality Building Society and Bank of Montreal have introduced covered bonds with maturity dates in 2032 and 2031, respectively.

The securities will be traded on recognized investment exchanges, including the London Stock Exchange and others.
