FCA Admits New Securities to Official List

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has announced the admission of various securities to the Official List effective 19 March 2026. These securities span debt instruments and securitised derivatives from multiple issuers.

International Finance Corporation issued 15% Notes due in March 2027. HSBC Bank PLC introduced Market Access Warrants linked to shares from Luxshare Precision Industry Co., Ltd. and Luzhou Laojiao Co., Ltd., maturing in 2027. Barclays Bank PLC issued long-term securities due in 2031.

Mitsubishi HC Capital UK PLC has issued Floating Rate Notes due April 2027, while Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce presented Index Linked Notes maturing in March 2033. Other issuers like QNB Finance Ltd, The Bank of Nova Scotia, and the Royal Bank of Canada offered various debt securities with differing maturity dates.
