FCA Admits New Securities to Official List
The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has officially admitted a variety of securities to the Official List as of December 3, 2025. This includes diverse debt and debt-like securities from multiple issuers.
Among the noted issuers, Oesterreichische Kontrollbank AG has introduced SEK denominated Guaranteed Notes amounting to 1 billion. Invesco Physical Markets PLC, iShares Physical Metals plc, and Xtrackers ETC plc have also listed securities, including silver and gold-linked certificates.
The United Kingdom has listed index-linked gilts worth 1 billion GBP. Meanwhile, digital and cryptocurrency-related products were listed by issuers like 21Shares AG and CoinShares Digital Securities Limited.
WisdomTree Issuer X Limited added significant physical bitcoin and ethereum securities to the list. The listings reflect a continued interest in diverse financial instruments.
