FCA Admits New Securities to Official List

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has admitted several new securities to the Official List as of October 29, 2026. This admission includes a range of debt and securitised derivatives from reputable issuers.

Barclays Bank PLC has secured listings for securities due in 2031, represented by GBP1,000 bearer securities. Akademiska Hus AB (publ) has issued 4.000% Senior Unsecured Notes, with a maturity set for 2045, available in substantial SEK denominations.

In addition, the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce offers Capital Protected Issuer Callable Notes with a 7.75% interest rate, maturing in 2036. The Toronto-Dominion Bank and The Bank of Nova Scotia have issued bonds with varying interest rates and maturity dates in 2029.

These admissions reflect FCA's role in overseeing securities offered on the London Stock Exchange and other recognized venues.
