FCA Admits New Securities to Official List
The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has announced the admission of several securities to its Official List as of February 6, 2026. These admissions include a range of debt and securitised derivatives from various issuers.
NATIXIS STRUCTURED ISSUANCE SA has issued Structured Notes linked to the FTSE 100 Index, due in 2034. The European Bank for Reconstruction & Development has released 1.4% Notes maturing in 2029. HSBC Bank PLC introduced multiple securities linked to UKSED3P Investments Limited Preference Shares, with due dates set for 2032.
Santander UK PLC has also issued Preference Share-linked Autocallable Notes, expected to mature in February 2032. Additionally, Barclays Bank PLC has launched securities maturing in 2030. These issuances are fully paid and primarily traded on the London Stock Exchange.
