FCA Admits New Securities to Official List

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has announced the admission of various securities to the Official List as of January 29, 2026. The newly listed securities span a variety of issuers and categories. Notable inclusions are the City of Goteborg's 2.813% Green Notes and Floating Rate Green Notes, both due in 2031.

The Republic of Cyprus has also listed its 3.250% Notes due in 2036, and Georgia, through its Ministry of Finance, offers 5.125% Notes due in 2031. These comprise a mix of debt and debt-like securities, registered in different denominations.

In the mortgage-backed securities segment, Elvet Mortgages 2026-1 PLC lists Class A and B Mortgage Backed Notes due in 2068. Furthermore, HSBC Bank PLC lists Market Access Warrants, and Barclays Bank PLC offers multiple securitised derivatives maturing between 2029 and 2031.
