FCA Admits New Securities to Official List
On March 26, 2026, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) announced the admission of several securities to the Official List. The newly admitted securities include those from prominent issuers like Credit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank and HSBC Bank PLC.
Credit Agricole's offering comprises Preference Share Linked Notes due in 2032. HSBC Bank PLC listed Market Access Notes, linked to shares of DR SULAIMAN AL HABIB MEDICAL SERVICES GROUP CO, due in 2027.
Additionally, KraneShares ETC plc introduced California Carbon ETC securities in both USD and GBP hedged options, both due in 2086. Meanwhile, Santander UK PLC and Barclays Bank PLC added Covered Bonds and Securitised Derivatives, respectively, with maturity dates extending from 2030 to 2032.
