FCA Admits New Securities to Official List
On January 23, 2026, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) announced the admission of various securities to the Official List. Notable issuances include the Inter-American Development Bank's 4.125% Notes due in 2036, Legal & General's UCITS ETF, and HSBC's UCITS ETFs. Also listed are International Finance Corporation's Social Bonds and Ukraine's Step-Up C Notes.
Additional securities admitted include the OPEC Fund's 4.00% Notes, European Bank for Reconstruction & Development's zero coupon notes, and market access warrants by HSBC Bank PLC. Barclays Bank PLC has also listed securities due in 2031. These listings now allow trading on the London Stock Exchange among other recognized exchanges.
