FCA Admits New Securities to Official List
On July 10, 2026, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) announced the admission of various securities to the Official List. Among the issuers, INTER-AMERICAN DEVELOPMENT BANK listed 6.35% notes due in 2028. Legal & General UCITS ETF PLC added two ETFs, with listings in both USD and EUR.
SG ISSUER introduced notes due in 2036, while Credit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank offered several preference share linked notes maturing between 2031 and 2033. Lloyds Bank Corporate Markets plc listed 3.375% notes, with maturity in 2031.
HSBC Bank PLC's notes linked to preference shares are due in 2032. Barclays Bank PLC and National Grid Electricity Distribution also contributed securitised derivatives and notes due in 2030 and 2035, respectively. Further details can be obtained by contacting the FCA’s Listings Data Management.
