FCA Admits New Securities to Official List
On 13 April 2026, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) announced the admission of several securities to the Official List. The Inter-American Development Bank issued 4.40% Multi Callable Notes due in 2036, registered in denominations of USD100,000. The Republic of Uzbekistan listed 12.250% Notes, due in 2029, in denominations of UZS2,500,000,000, available under both Regulation S and Rule 144A.
Additionally, Barclays Bank PLC issued securities with maturities in 2030, registered in GBP1,000 denominations. These securitised derivatives join the trading platforms of the London Stock Exchange among others. For queries, contact the FCA's Listings Data Management.
