FCA Admits Various Securities to Official List
The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has announced the admission of several securities to the Official List as of June 11, 2026. Among the issuers, the Kingdom of Bahrain's Ministry of Finance and National Economy has introduced 7.125% Notes due in 2036, with specific denominations under Regulation S and Rule 144A. The European Bank for Reconstruction & Development offers 15.00% Notes maturing in 2028, issued in KZT.
HSBC Bank PLC lists multiple securitised derivatives linked to UKSED3P Investments Limited Preference Shares, each maturing in 2032. Similarly, Barclays Bank PLC and Mitsubishi HC Capital UK PLC are also among the names contributing to the list with securitised derivatives and debt-like securities.
Heathrow Funding Limited has released 4.375% Bonds due in 2039. All securities mentioned are now available for trading on the London Stock Exchange and other recognised investment platforms.
