FCA Announces Admission of New Securities to Official List

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has announced the admission of several new securities to the Official List as of July 2, 2026. This includes various instruments issued by well-known financial entities.

The European Bank for Reconstruction & Development has introduced Zero Coupon Notes, set to mature on September 2, 2027, registered in large denominations of ARS100,000,000.

Macquarie Bank Limited has put forward Floating Rate PR Debt Instruments, due on July 2, 2028, denominated in bearer instruments of EUR100,000 and upwards.

Additionally, the Bank of Montreal has issued 4.500% Covered Bonds due November 4, 2030, in denominations of GBP100,000.

These listings will be traded on the London Stock Exchange, and further details can be acquired from Issuer Management at the FCA.
