FCA Announces Admission of Securities to Official List

On July 20, 2026, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) confirmed the admission of various securities to the Official List. This official notice includes securities from the Republic of Serbia, Citigroup Global Markets Funding Luxembourg S.C.A., and Barclays Bank PLC.

The Republic of Serbia's securities include 4.750% Defence Notes, due on July 20, 2032. These notes are registered in denominations of EUR100,000, with integral multiples of EUR1,000. The Serbia bonds fall under the category of debt and debt-like securities.

Citigroup Global Markets Funding Luxembourg S.C.A. has introduced Coupon Barrier Autocall Notes. These notes, linked to the FTSE 100 Index, are due on July 11, 2033. Similarly, Barclays Bank PLC has issued securities due on July 21, 2031. Both Citigroup and Barclays' securities fall under securitised derivatives.
