FCA Announces Admission to Official List

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has officially admitted several securities to the Official List as of 09 February 2026. These include notable listings such as the 11.90% Notes due 2033 by the Inter-American Development Bank, and the 4.000% Notes due 2029 from the New Development Bank. Both are categorized as debt and debt-like securities.

Additionally, Barclays Bank PLC has securitised derivatives due in 2032, represented by securities to bearer of GBP1 each, now listed. These securities are set to trade on recognised investment exchanges, including the London Stock Exchange.

Entry to this list is crucial for the securities’ trading on major exchanges, potentially increasing their liquidity and visibility. The FCA highlights the importance of their notices in conjunction with those from the relevant Recognised Investment Exchange for any admissions.
