FCA Announces Admission to Official List
On May 18, 2026, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) announced the admission of several securities to the Official List. The new entries include debt, securitised derivatives, and depository receipts from multiple issuers. These additions reflect an ongoing effort to expand and diversify the securities market in London.
Among the securities listed are 2.917% Notes from the International Finance Corporation, due in 2029, and notes linked to preference shares from CITIGROUP GLOBAL MARKETS FUNDING LUXEMBOURG due in 2033. Additionally, Santander UK PLC has listed floating rate covered bonds due in 2032. Barclays Bank PLC and Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce have also added securities to the list.
Investors and market participants can access these securities through trading on the London Stock Exchange, with certain securities also listed on the Aquis Stock Exchange and Cboe Europe.
