FCA Announces Amendments to Imperial Brands Finance Securities
The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has announced amendments to the listing of certain securities from Imperial Brands Finance Netherlands B.V. on the Official List. This amendment is effective immediately. The issuer name has been changed to Imperial Brands Finance PLC for both securities involved.
The first security affected is the 5.250% Notes due on February 15, 2031. The second is the 1.750% Notes due on March 18, 2033. Both notes are fully paid and represented by bearer notes of EUR100,000, with increments available up to EUR199,000.
