FCA Announces New Listings on Official List
On December 8, 2025, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) added several securities to the Official List. This notice marks the official admission of these various securities to the market.
Blencowe Resources Plc introduced 4,000,000 ordinary shares at 0.5p each. The City of Goteborg listed SEK 500,000,000 in 3.078% Green Notes due 2032. Invesco Physical Markets PLC and iShares Physical Metals plc brought silver and gold-linked certificates, as well as palladium and silver ETCs to the list.
Equity shares, debt securities, and closed-ended investment funds from issuers like THG plc, East Star Resources Plc, and Albion Crown VCT PLC are included. Furthermore, digital securities for Ethereum and Bitcoin saw listings from multiple issuers, including 21Shares AG and CoinShares Digital Securities Limited.
