FCA Updates on Official List Admissions

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has admitted several securities to the Official List as of April 2, 2026. The Republic of Srpska introduces 6.25% Notes due in 2031, registered under ISINs XS3327023787 and XS3327024322, falling under debt and debt-like securities. Barclays Bank PLC has listed securities maturing in 2032, represented by bearer securities of GBP 1 each, under securitised derivatives (ISIN XS3246713237).

Westpac Banking Corporation has admitted several covered bonds. These include 3.119% Series 2026-C6 Notes due in 2031, 3.656% Series 2026-C4 Notes maturing in 2045, and 3.658% Series 2026-C5 Notes due in 2047, registered in denominations of EUR100,000. The FCA advises that these admissions should be considered alongside notices from recognized investment exchanges like the London Stock Exchange.
