Financial Conduct Authority Admits New Securities to Official List
On September 29, 2026, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) announced the admission of various securities to the Official List. The securities include debt and debt-like securities as well as securitised derivatives from notable issuers.
RELX Finance B.V. introduced two sets of Guaranteed Notes due in 2031 and 2036. The Bank of England listed 4.875% Notes due in 2031 under both Rule 144A and Regulation S.
Citigroup Global Markets Funding Luxembourg S.C.A. linked Notes to their Preference Shares, while London Cards Master Issuer PLC provided Asset Backed Floating Rate Notes across multiple classes due in 2036.
HSBC Bank PLC, Natwest Markets Plc, Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited, Commonwealth Bank of Australia, and Nationwide Building Society also listed a range of securities, including floating rate and senior non-preferred notes.
