Financial Conduct Authority Admits New Securities to Official List

On April 27, 2026, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) officially admitted a selection of securities to the Official List. This announcement marks the formal inclusion of various debt and securitised derivatives, effective immediately.

Among the newly listed securities are notes issued by SG ISSUER, maturing in 2036, and International Finance Corporation’s 14.75% Green Notes due in 2029. Credit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank has also issued Preference Share Linked Notes maturing in 2031. Barclays Bank PLC's securities, maturing in 2029, are included as well.

These financial instruments are registered in various denominations and will be available for trading on recognized investment exchanges, including the London Stock Exchange.
