Financial Conduct Authority Amends Franklin Global Trust Listing

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has announced amendments to the official listing of securities for Franklin Global Trust plc. Effective from February 26, 2026, these changes impact the status and trading classifications of the company's ordinary shares.

Previously listed ordinary shares of 5p each, fully paid, have been revised. They now include two new categories: shares with A Rights (ISIN GB00BVPJB942) and shares with B Rights (ISIN GB00BVPJBB60), both fully paid under the closed-ended investment funds category. Such amendments reflect adjustments in the rights associated with these securities.

These securities are to be traded on various recognized exchanges, including the London Stock Exchange, Aquis Stock Exchange, Cboe Europe, and Shanghai-London Stock Connect.
