Financial Conduct Authority Official List Admission

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has announced the admission of several securities to the Official List, effective from June 2, 2026. This includes a diverse range of financial instruments from prominent issuers.

Credit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank's Preference Share Linked Notes, due May 25, 2029, are among those admitted. These notes are registered in denominations of GBP1,000, with incremental increases permissible up to GBP1,999.

BT Finance plc has also been granted admission for its 3.875% Notes due June 2, 2034, issued in denominations of EUR100,000, with increments up to EUR199,000.

Furthermore, securities from both Barclays Bank PLC and MITSUBISHI HC CAPITAL UK PLC have been added. Barclays' securities are due June 3, 2031, and MITSUBISHI HC CAPITAL's notes carry a 2.88% interest rate, due June 2, 2027.
