New Admissions to the Official List by FCA
On August 11, 2026, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) admitted new securities to the Official List. Notably, a Reverse Takeover underlines the admissions. Two key securities include notes from the International Finance Corporation and Akademiska Hus AB (publ).
The International Finance Corporation issued 6.175% Notes due June 29, 2029. These are fully paid securities registered in denominations of AZN100,000. Akademiska Hus AB (publ) issued 4.750% Senior Unsecured Notes due August 11, 2037. These notes, represented by bearer notes, are valued at NOK2,000,000 each, with additional increments of NOK1,000,000.
