Official List Admission by Financial Conduct Authority

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has officially admitted several securities to the Official List effective from July 22, 2026. The listed securities include different types of debt and equity-linked instruments from several issuers.

Credit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank has introduced Preference Share Linked Notes due in 2032, represented by notes to bearer of GBP1,000 and above. The New Development Bank has issued 4.375% Notes due 2029, available in denominations starting from USD200,000. Barclays Bank PLC has admitted Worst-of Quanto European Barrier Autocallable Equity Linked Securities linked to a basket of equity indices, maturing in 2032.
