Smurfit WestRock Plc Removed from Official List
The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has announced the removal of Smurfit WestRock Plc's securities from the Official List. Effective from June 22, 2026, at 08:00 GMT, the ordinary shares of USD0.001 each, fully paid, will no longer be listed. This action pertains to equity shares under the international commercial companies secondary listing category, with ISIN IE00028FXN24.
The removal follows procedures outlined by Listings Data Management, an FCA division. Although these shares are delisted from the Official List, they continue trading on recognized investment exchanges such as the London Stock Exchange and others.
The FCA notice complements those issued by corresponding stock exchanges regarding the securities' trading admission.
