Temporary Suspension of Hospital Company Dartford's Bonds
The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has enacted a temporary suspension on certain securities issued by The Hospital Company (Dartford) Issuer PLC. The suspension took effect on August 3, 2026, starting at 07:30 GMT/BST. This action is taken at the company's request and involves the 3.003% Index-Linked Guaranteed Secured Bonds due October 31, 2031. These bonds were represented in denominations of GBP1,000, GBP10,000, and GBP100,000. The bonds are classified as debt and debt-like securities, under ISIN XS0166025824.
The suspension notice was issued by Issuer Management within the FCA. The listed securities are traded on the London Stock Exchange and other recognized exchanges like Aquis Stock Exchange, Cboe Europe, and also via the Shanghai-London Stock Connect.
