Temporary Suspension of Notting Hill Genesis Bonds

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has announced a temporary suspension of several Notting Hill Genesis securities. The suspension took effect on October 1, 2026, at 07:30 GMT/BST, at the company's request. The securities affected are secured bonds with varying interest rates and maturity dates.

The suspended bonds include a 3.25% secured bond due in 2048, a 5.25% bond due in 2042, a 3.75% bond due in 2032, a 4.375% bond due in 2054, and a 2.875% bond due in 2029. These bonds are represented by denominations of GBP 100,000 and above.

While specific reasons for the suspension are not detailed, the action means these securities are temporarily not listed on the Official List, affecting their trading status on the London Stock Exchange.
