Treatt PLC Temporarily Suspends Listing
The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has temporarily suspended Treatt PLC's securities from the Official List. This decision is effective from July 2, 2026, at 07:30 GMT/BST, following a request from the company itself.
The suspension applies to the ordinary shares of 2p each, fully paid, identified by the ISIN GB00BKS7YK08. These shares fall under the equity shares category for commercial companies.
The suspension notice, issued by the FCA's Listings Data Management, advises that the ordinary shares are admitted for trading on the London Stock Exchange, among other recognized investment exchanges.
All FCA notices regarding admission of securities must be considered alongside those from relevant Recognised Investment Exchanges regarding trading admissions.
