Financial Conduct Authority: Official List Admission
The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has issued an official notice for the admission of various securities to the Official List as of June 8, 2026. Among these, Hammerson PLC has listed its 3.875% Notes due in 2031, categorized under debt securities. Citigroup Global Markets Funding Luxembourg S.C.A. offers securitised derivatives, including notes linked to the FTSE 100 Index and other linked preference shares, due in 2036.
PMF 2026-1 PLC features multiple classes of mortgage-backed notes with floating and fixed rates, maturing in 2063. Additionally, Lloyds Banking Group PLC introduces 5.500% Reset Callable Notes due in 2033. Bank of Montreal has covered bonds with varying interest rates due in 2029 and 2033.
The Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce also participates with preference share linked notes, payable in 2031. These listings will be available on the London Stock Exchange, among other exchanges.
