The warning highlighted an unrelated entity, Financial Star Inc., impersonating Financial Star News Inc. by using a similar name.
BaFin's notice from May 22, 2025, cautioned consumers against Financial Star Inc. and its "FS Glows" app due to identity misuse and unauthorized financial services. Importantly, these warnings are not connected to Financial Star News Inc., which is solely a financial news publisher.
Financial Star News Inc. emphasizes it does not offer investment services or hold any ties to entities mentioned in BaFin's warning. The company distances itself from any unauthorized use of its brand reputation.
