Financière Moncey: 2025 Results and Outlook

Financière Moncey, a holding company managing a portfolio of investments, presented its results for the 2025 fiscal year. The board of directors, meeting on March 27, 2026, approved the consolidated financial statements. No commercial activity was recorded, in line with the previous fiscal year.

The financial result improved, reaching €2.4 million, thanks to an increase in dividends. However, the net income attributable to the Group fell significantly to €4.7 million compared to €9.2 million in 2024, impacted by the decrease in revenue from Société Industrielle et Financière de l'Artois.

Shareholders' equity decreased by €141 million, primarily due to the devaluation of securities. Net cash also declined, reaching €5.6 million, impacted by the acquisition of shares in Compagnie de l'Odet. The board proposes a stable dividend of €0.28 per share.
