Fineqia AG Partners with ETFbook for ETN PCF Calculation
Fineqia International Inc. has announced a strategic partnership between its subsidiary, Fineqia AG, and SquaredData k AG, known as ETFbook. This collaboration focuses on Fineqia AG's exchange traded note (ETN) business, appointing ETFbook as the Portfolio Composition File (PCF) Calculation Agent. This role is vital for the ETN's daily creation and redemption processes. ETFbook's task is to ensure accurate asset allocation and provide real-time information about the assets underlying the ETNs.
The accuracy of PCF calculations is fundamental to the successful operation of Fineqia's ETN products, as emphasized by Warren Sergeant, CFO of Fineqia. This partnership leverages ETFbook's expertise in analytics and financial markets to achieve operational efficiency. In January 2025, Fineqia AG issued an ETN incorporating crypto assets in decentralized finance, listed on Vienna and Stuttgart Stock Exchanges.
