FINEXITY Group Unveils AI Strategy with Digital Subscription Flows

FINEXITY AG has announced the launch of its AI strategy with the introduction of FINEXITY Access, a digital subscription flow for both tokenized and conventional securities. This marks the initial step in a 24-month plan to create an AI-driven securities value chain from issuance to settlement.

The launch includes two distinct subscription flows: one for issuers acting as their own distributor and another for intermediaries within the MiFID II framework. These structures aim to link tokenized and traditional financial markets, simplifying entry for traditional financial institutions.

FINEXITY Access integrates via direct checkout URLs, simplifying distribution through websites, email, and digital marketing. The infrastructure employs AI in client data screening, identification, and investment assessments, with future AI modules planned to enhance processing efficiency.
