FIPP: Analysis of 2025 results
FIPP announces a positive consolidated net income of €4,134,000 for 2025, marking a significant improvement compared to 2024. The real estate portfolio, primarily composed of hotel properties and assets in the Alps, is valued at €83.7 million, an increase of 10.26%. The Net Asset Value per share rose by 8.5%, reaching €0.424.
Net income from the properties, however, recorded a loss of €2,758,000, despite a turnover of €775,000, significantly reduced compared to the previous year. This decrease resulted from the expiration of leases and a reduction in recharged rental expenses.
The value of the buildings increased by 11%, mainly thanks to the Paris North Business Centre, whose revaluation reached €9,514,000 thanks to the adoption of a new Intercommunal Local Urban Development Plan.
