FireFox Gold Continues Drilling Success at Mustajärvi Project
FireFox Gold Corp. has reported promising results from seven recent drill holes at its 100%-owned Mustajärvi Gold Project in Lapland, Finland. Notably, the drilling confirmed that high-grade mineralization in the East Zone extends further southwest, ensuring the presence of significant gold both at shallow depths and more profound intervals. For instance, drill holes 25MJ019 and 25MJ020 demonstrated notable mineralization, with intervals such as 9.85m averaging 3.52 g/t gold and 13.0m averaging 4.57 g/t gold, respectively.
Carl Löfberg, CEO of FireFox, stated the results affirm the strong southern mineralization in the East Zone, which now stretches to about 400 by 250 meters. The drill program, totaling 21,443 meters, aims to bridge the gap with the Northeast Zone and explore deeper anomalies. The Mustajärvi Project, strategically located near the highway between Kittilä and Sodankylä, remains open for expansion to the southwest, west, and northwest, with even more holes planned to explore the trend.
